ABOUT ME
Harriet Molyneaux
coach, advisor, speaker,
Intero Founder
For 20 years I've been on an adventure trying to understand a simple question: what makes us flourish? This quest has taken me on quite a tour. I studied ancient philosophers in the at the University of Edinburgh. I moved to West Africa to do micro-finance. I studied conflict at the War Studies department at King’s. Following that I spent over a decade working with Professor Lynda Gratton, London Business School. I have been Managing Director at HSM Advisory, the group that researches and advising on the Future of Work. Here I worked with the C-Suite of some of the world’s largest organisations from Mars to HSBC, and KPMG through significant transformation, from delivering strategy, M&A and cultural resets.
And here is the truth. While I was helping other people flourish, I was very much learning how to do it myself, and often I was failing. So, I begin to get curious. How do I regulate my energy instead of running it into the ground? How do I expand my consciousness so I can understand people and myself with more kindness? And, perhaps most importantly of all, how do I retain my quality of thought and presence when we live attached to devices that are designed to distract us? How do I live a life that feels good on the inside, not just impressive on the outside?
In an age when leaders can't have all the answers, what I discovered is transformational: you have everything you need already to move forward with clarity, pace and agility: a radical approach to self-regulation, combined with expanded consciousness, creates the cognitive capacity for you to lead.
My approach to rooted, regulated leadership comes from studying and working with some of the world's most successful leaders, and my own personal journey into what does it mean to be radically regulated, and how does that impact the cognitive capacity to lead.
Harriet is an inspirational advisor and coach. Her ability to cut through complexity and get to the heart of an opportunity is powerful.
